The Registration form duly filled should be returned to the school office after 2 days of the receipt of the form before 1 .00 p.m.

At any stage it is found that the information given in the form is incorrect then the form will be rejected and the admission will be cancelled.

The name and the date of birth once entered will not be changed.

A Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate issued by an authorized body (Municipal Corporation) along with three recent passport size photograph.

The submission of the Original Transfer Certificate, counter signed by the competent authority is mandatory.

Admission to St. Francis' School implies on the part, of the pupil and the parents willingness to comply with the requirement and regulations of the school.

Students, whenever they come to school, must wear the uniform prescribed for the season. Those who are not dressed in uniform may be excluded from the class or even sent home.

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of home-work, disobedience and disrespect towards the members of the staff or bad moral influence will lead to dismissal. The pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school.

Repeated absence without leave, or absence for more than five consecutive days renders a students liable to have his / her name struck off from the rolls.

Special arrangements for examinations cannot be made for pupils who, for any reason, are absent from any of the tests or examinations.

Absence / leave in examination will be treated as having received no marks in it.

A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue studies in this school.

Any student found resorting to unfair means in any examination will not be allowed to write the rest of the papers in that semester examination and will not be allowed to continue studies in this
school in the next session.

Students are not allowed to be absent on the closing day/reopening day, of whenever there is a school function.

Computer Science, as of now, is compulsory fo classes IV to A will be charged extra.

Merit is the sole criterion for admission. Admission is done on the basis of written test or interview. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding on all.

School fees are subject to change from time to time due to the increasing costof maintenance and otherexpenses.

Parents and students are also bound by the rules regulations laid down in the Students' Hand Book and prospectus.

90% attendance will be necessary for promotion to the next class.

Students are not allowed to bring motor cycles / scooter! mopeds etc. to school

Students are not allowed to have tuition by the teachers of the school.

School fees once paid will not be refunded if admission is cancelled. The School Fee includes tuition fee, sport. maintenance & Development, Library, Computer activity & stationery. The tuition fees is taken for 10 months.
The School fee is collected in the school office during the working hours between 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. It is compulsory to pay the school fees before 10th of every month.
